Everything was strait forward getting into the property. Was sent a code, all worked perfectly. Room was lovely and clean and bed was so comfortable.

It stated that the room would be cleaned once during our stay however we did not have the room cleaned despite staying 5 nights. No tea towel or dish rack was provided in the kitchenette which makes it inconvenient when you have to wash dishes.
We were unable to communicate with any staff from the accommodation when we had trouble with check-in as there is no reception desk. More clarity needs to be provided when advertising this property as the check-in is done online and then you have to use your phone to unlock the hotel and room doors. This property wouldn't be suitable for older guests who may not be tech savvy.

The hotel was very easy to find and we were able to use their underground carpark. The check-in lady was super friendly and had us sorted out in no time. Our room was super clean and spacious with almost everything we needed. There was a fridge but no tea or coffee making which would have been nice. ...
